I offer full-spectrum doula care, meaning I support women throughout all pregnancy outcomes, including miscarriage and abortion. Birth & postpartum planning sessions also available.

I provide personalized postpartum care that includes birth story listening and processing, closing ceremonies, and in-home support. My goal is to help you heal, adjust to motherhood, and create a loving and supportive environment for your family.
Classes, Workshops & Gatherings
Join my empowering workshops and classes, including The Love Below (a 12-week course on womb wellness and self-love) and the R.O.S.E.B.U.D. Academy (a rites of passage program focused on body literacy and menstrual wellness for girls 11-18.
